Huan Dennis Nguyen

Huan brings twenty-seven years of experience across financial services and real estate — including residential and commercial loan origination, property management, real estate redevelopment, and manufactured-home sales and construction across multiple states.

He previously founded a private equity firm that invested in and operated small and mid-market businesses spanning healthcare, hospitality, and internet. He has been actively investing in U.S. equity markets since 1999 and in derivatives markets since 2019, with a research focus on systematic strategies inspired by Jim Simons and Warren Buffett.

Dustin Nguyen

Dustin is a licensed real estate agent in California with deep transactional experience in interstate real estate deals. He works closely with clients across multiple state lines to source, structure, and close commercial and residential transactions.

Dustin holds dual concentrations in Corporate Finance and Accounting, and is currently pursuing his CPA credential. His background combines on-the-ground execution with the analytical foundation required for institutional underwriting and reporting.
